We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Services Worker to join our Sales team on a full time permanent basis.
You’ll be joining a diverse, dynamic, and positive bunch of people aiming to change the world for the better. Essential is a pioneering worker co-operative, a wholesaler, manufacturer and retailer proud of specialising in ethically-produced, organic, fair trade and GMO-free food, sourced from all corners of the globe.

The role requires experience of office work, working knowledge of IT systems, excellent communication skills by phone, email, and in person, and an ability to work flexibly. The successful candidate will be well-organised, a good team player, and able to show great attention to detail.

Some flexibility is required, but the general working day is between 9:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday.
Starting wage is £11.26 per hour.
